Construction Cost Index of Yahukimo Regency 2022

The Publication of the Construction Cost Index for Yahukimo District in 2022 is an annual publication issued by the Central Statistics Agency (Badan Pusat Statistik or BPS) of Yahukimo District. This publication contains information on the Construction Cost Index (IKK) for Yahukimo District, presented in the form of tables and regional maps. The IKK is a price index that depicts the level of construction cost inflation in a district/city compared to a reference city. Unlike the years 2018-2020, which used Semarang as the reference city, starting from 2021, the reference city is Makassar. The selection of the reference city is based on the index value of a city that approximates the national average index and the completeness of data. The data presented in this publication is obtained from the results of the Construction Cost Inflation Survey (Survei Harga Kemahalan Konstruksi or SHKK), specifically for building/construction materials, heavy equipment rental, and construction labor wages conducted in all districts/cities in Indonesia. The processed data comes from the price data of the third and fourth quarters of 2021, as well as the first and second quarters of 2022. The calculation of the IKK weight diagram uses Bill of Quantity (BoQ) data; volume data for materials, equipment rental, and labor wages from the Unit Price Work Analysis Book of the Ministry of Public Works and Housing; and realization data from the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah or APBD).
