Abstract

Republic of Indonesia Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services stipulates that every public service provider is obliged to carry out an evaluation of the performance of public service implementers. One form of this evaluation is realized through the implementation of a Community Satisfaction Survey (SKM) as stipulated in PermenpanRB Number 14 of 2017. The Central Statistics Agency (BPS), as one of the public service providers that provides statistical data and information, always strives to provide excellent service to consumers. BPS has regularly held SKM every year which is integrated into the Data Needs Survey (SKD). This survey aims not only to obtain consumer satisfaction perceptions of BPS data services, but also to identify data needs and consumer satisfaction perceptions of the quality of data produced by BPS.In 2021, SKD will be implemented in 515 BPS work units consisting of Central BPS, 34 Provincial BPS, and 480 Regency/City BPS throughout Indonesia. One of the results from the SKD 2021 implementation is presented in a publication entitled "Analysis of the Results of the 2021 BPS Data Needs Survey" as a form of report on SKD implementation. This publication provides a descriptive explanation of service unit performance, anti-corruption behavior, data requirements, and consumer satisfaction with BPS data quality. Presentation of data is displayed in the form of tables, graphs, and infographics. The Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK) are the main indicators presented in this publication. This publication was realized thanks to good cooperation between related work units. We hope that this publication will be useful in improving data quality and BPS service performance. We really hope for constructive suggestions and input for future improvements. thank you and happy reading
