On February 26, 2025, BPS Yahukimo Regency conducted a KSA Refreshing Survey which aimed to refresh the knowledge of officers and provide supplies related to the development of concepts and definitions in the KSA survey.

This survey aims to obtain accurate information on the harvest area, productivity, and production results of food crops, especially rice and secondary crops. The KSA method utilizes remote sensing technology to ensure more precise data, while tiling is carried out by direct measurements in the field as verification of survey results.
